It all started with a quest for the perfect bean
It all starts with a quest for perfect bean to achieve the prefect cup of coffee. That search led us to the lush, high-altitude landscapes of the Sidamo province in the Ethiopian highlands. This is where we discovered something truly special: a coffee bean unlike any other, celebrated for its bright, fruity, and floral notes. What makes this coffee so extraordinary is its complexity, a direct result of the unique conditions of its origin.
The high altitude, rich soil, and distinctive climate of Sidamo all play a crucial role, but so do the traditions that have been passed down through generations.
